Mark C. Jacobson, MD
Dr. Jacobson is considered a thought leader in the specialty of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He has been recognized by both Chicago Magazine and Castle Connolly as a Regional Top Doctor since 2016. Dr. Jacobson is a Past President of the Illinois Society of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ISAAI.org). He has also served on its Continuing Education Committee and Executive Board.
Dr. Jacobson is Board-Certified in Pediatric and Adult Allergy and immunology by the American Board of Allergy & Immunology. He has been in private practice since 1995 after completing his Fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center.
Doctor Jacobson currently teaches family practice residents from Hinsdale Hospital, La Grange Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital. In addition, he is a fellow and a spokesperson for both the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
